The adhan circles the Earth
At every moment a prayer time is beginning somewhere on Earth — follow the wave of the prayers as it crosses the world, and the adhan of our featured cities the moment its time comes in.

“Now” means the last 3 minutes — across 1,000 of the world's largest cities, with their exact times from the AL-HARAMEEN engine tables.
- FajrStandard angle: the sun 18° below the horizon
- SunriseThe sun's upper edge appears on the horizon
- DhuhrThe sun crosses the meridian
- AsrAn object's shadow equals its length plus its noon shadow
- MaghribThe sun's upper edge sets below the horizon

The lines are astronomical, drawn with standard angles, and the shaded area is night. Each city's times and the pulse of its dot come from the AL-HARAMEEN engine tables themselves, and may differ from the line by a few minutes according to the official authority's method and precaution.
From 1,000 cities to 10,000
Since 1999 we have developed the clock and its software together: more cities, higher accuracy, and a screen that writes your city's name.
Your city on each generation's screen:
One network for every group
and the smart watches, through the app
Many models went through these stages, such as HA-4009, from codes to the dot-matrix screen, and HA-4010, from numbers alone to digital letters and then the dot-matrix screen.
The dot-matrix screen is drawn from the factory's original font files.
