The steps for your clock
Open the sections in order. Each has whatever exists for your clock: the official manual’s steps, a diagram that trains your fingers on the buttons, and the official video.
Why are the azan times on my clock wrong?
The times are off by a few minutes or more
The AL-HARAMEEN manuals ask you to check four things: the Gregorian date, the city code, the daylight-saving option and the taqweem that suits your city. The setup card above gives you all four for your city.
The difference is exactly one hour
If the azan times differ by one hour, check that the daylight-saving option on your clock is set correctly.
My city is not in the clock’s list
AL-HARAMEEN clocks let you add a new city by its longitude, latitude and GMT offset — see your clock’s manual or the “Adding a new city” video.
