How to use the smart assistant to set up your watch, step by step

The smart assistant is the green robot carrying the AL-HARAMEEN logo in the corner of every page. It has one job: to take you from your watch's model number to the correct setup steps from the official manual — no searching, no guessing.

Where to find it

Tap the robot at the bottom of the page, or the "Smart assistant" button on the home page. A small window opens over the page without leaving it.

Step one: the model number

Type the model number as it is written on the back of the watch or on its box, such as HA-6100 or HA-4010. Lower-case letters, a missing hyphen or Arabic numerals do not matter — the assistant understands them, and suggestions appear as you type.

Step two: what do you want to set?

  • City: adding your city or choosing it from the list stored in the watch.
  • Time and date: manual setting, and the 12/24-hour format.
  • Daylight saving time: turning it on and off.
  • Azan: the sound, choosing the muezzin and the du'a, the volume, and adjusting the azan time.
  • Alarms: the daily alarm, the Fajr alarm, and the iqamah.
  • Qibla, language, and resetting the watch.

Step three: read or watch

The assistant shows the written steps for your exact watch family, then the official sources: the manual as a PDF, the tutorial video, and the same video on our YouTube channel in your language. If your model belongs to more than one family, the assistant tells you so you can check your watch's box.

Tips

  • If you do not know the model number, look on the back cover of the watch or on the warranty card.
  • The steps are taken word for word from the official manual; if your watch's buttons differ from the description, check the video.
  • The assistant works on phones and computers and in every language of the site.
