The Troubleshooter
Describe the problem in your own words, in any of the twelve languages — for example «the azan is an hour late» or «the azan makes no sound». The Troubleshooter recognises the problem, asks you one or two questions with buttons when it has more than one cause, and then takes you through the causes, the most likely first.
- For each cause: the steps from your model's official manual, the page number, and the video of that very step.
- It checks your own city: whether its clocks changed for daylight saving, its correct times today and its code.
- If the problem remains, it prepares a complete case file for you to send to our support on WhatsApp, so you never have to answer the same questions twice.
The card in your box
Every AL-HARAMEEN clock comes with a guarantee and e-guide card that carries a group code at the bottom of its cover: G1 to G5, H1 to H3, or Q1. Choose your card's code in the support centre to find the full manual, the setup steps for your clock, the video lessons and the card's e-book — the same pages its QR codes open.
The Setup Studio
In three steps — the device, the model, the city — the Setup Studio gives you a personal setup card: the code to enter in your clock, the Qibla, daylight saving, the calculation method and the exact times your clock should show today. Under it come the steps for each part of the setting, taken from the official manual, and a simulator built on the photo of your own clock: press its keys and watch its screen change just as it does in your hand.

The new edition of the HA-5115 and HA-4008 clocks — with the red dot-matrix line, the Quran and the remote control — now has its full manual in Arabic and English in the support centre, and its own setup steps in the Setup Studio. Card Q1 takes you straight to it.
